Echo a WebSocket message

Requires websocat. Type a message and press Enter to see its echo; press Ctrl+C to disconnect. Use a WebSocket client for /ws, rather than a normal HTTP download.

Client documentation: curl, GNU wget, websocat, and grpcurl.

Examples use POSIX shell syntax and GNU wget. HTTP request bodies are consumed; responses report request metadata.
