Your requests
Your IP address, URL, headers and data you send are processed to provide diagnostics and protect the service. The app keeps no persistent request history. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests in providing and securing the service.
Logs & redaction
Request and message bodies are excluded from app logs. Common credential headers are always redacted in diagnostic logs. Common credential headers are also redacted in responses. Redaction is not exhaustive; use sample data.
Cookies & browser storage
The app sets no cookies and includes no analytics, ads or trackers. It saves only your chosen theme and curl/wget preference in this tab’s session storage. Browser session restoration can preserve those choices.
Fonts and assets load from this service. GitHub receives a request only when you follow an external link.
Public demo & your rights
Philip Schmid operates echo.container.education. Contact privacy@container.education for access, correction, deletion or other data rights. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Other installations have their own operators.
Retention
The public demo disables routine request diagnostics. Infrastructure keeps operational logs for seven days; errors can include hostnames, paths and connection information. Aggregate metrics may remain for about 15 days. Request bodies and workbench history are not saved by the app.
Processing & protection
The demo runs in Germany. Hosting and operational providers can process technical data in the United States under recognized privacy safeguards. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Use HTTPS; privacy cannot be guaranteed.
